Loch Raven Nursing and Rahab was one of our first outreaches in the Baltimore area, and they have since adopted us throughout the years where we serve as hospice care and counsel,, bereavement, memorial services, healing service, ministry, and Sunday Services for the faithful.
Awakening Acts measures impact through consistent presence, trusted relationships, and practical service in communities where need is greatest. Our outreach focuses on depth and continuity rather than scale, returning regularly to serve individuals and neighborhoods with dignity and care.
Our impact is measured not by numbers alone, but by relationships built, trust earned, and lives touched through consistent service.
Our outreach has included the following:
- Service in multiple Baltimore neighborhoods
- Regular street outreach and community presence
- Transportation support for seniors and individuals with disabilities
- Food, clothing, and essential assistance
- Prison ministry, counseling, and visits
- Nursing home visits, elderly care and fellowship
- Ongoing relationships and follow-up care
Loyola University, Amtrak North Community outreach, and teh red Light District in downtown Baltimore all part of our mission field where we reach out and make friends, and build trust.

Services are offered openly and without discrimination. Participation in spiritual activities is always voluntary. This outdoor reading and ministry is a classic example of reaching Baltimore with the message of hope, repentance, forgiveness, and salvation.
